Marmorino Highlands Limited Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us and we do hope that you will be please with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are here to help.
Returns
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged goods
If your goods have been delivered damaged or faulty, we will issue a refund or send out a replacement after evidence has been sent to us to info@marmorinohighlands.com. If goods have been damaged in transit, we need to be notified within 3 days of receipt and the couriers need to be informed the day of delivery. The proof we may ask of is photographic evidence to show the goods broken or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
